How much time each day will I need to spend on social media?

Engagement is the key to a successful social media strategy so spending time on each of your platforms contributing to conversations and connecting with followers will be necessary. We will provide you with a quick checklist to make sure you're spending time on what will drive the needle for you -- we recommend and hour each day for best results.

I've been using social media for years with zero results. What will be different this time?

When you create a posting schedule and strategy that works for you and you are consistent with it, it will work. We will set you up with the tools that work for you and your brand. The algorithm changes almost every day; we've been doing this work for over a decade and know what works and what doesn't regardless of the algorithm.

Will I need to make any other investments in order for your plan to work?

You will need to make sure you have assets to post. Quality photos and videos are essential to a complete strategy. Most of our clients have brand photos or can arrange for them to be taken. You'll also need access to Canva or another design platform to create additional graphics or videos to post.

What if I like your plan but don't want to implement it?

Our team can create your assets and schedule them out for you, but you will need to make sure you can spend time engaging with your audience to cultivate relationships. Sometimes our clients have hired a VA to help them with this. If this is the path you choose we will help set you up with the proper team. (This will involve additional fees.)

I don't have a product to sell. Will this strategy work for me?

Most of our clients are in service-based industries. The best way to use social media is to cultivate new relationships. Service-based businesses have a lot to offer on social media and can grow a large and engaged audience if done correctly! We have a lot of experience with both B2B and B2C companies and are confident we can help,

What if I don't understand the software?

The software is user-friendly and easy to use. We have a lot of (different age) clients on it. If our video tutorials don't answer your question, our team can. We are available for questions regarding our software or troubleshooting items. And yes, you can continue to use the software after your 6 months is complete if you love it!
